I applied online, but forgot my password. What should I do?

To protect your privacy, our secure online system no longer sends loan applicant passwords via non-secure E-mail. For this reason, the password retrieval system no longer sends your password via E-mail. Likewise, the system no longer sends the initial password notification. The first time you log in, you'll use the 9 digit Social Security Number of the primary borrower. The system then displays your password, on screen. Use it for all subsequent logins. Your password will be changed, automatically, and then displayed on screen (not E-mailed to you). If you can not answer these questions, please contact our friendly staff for immediate assistance.
