What happens after I submit my loan application?

Once your loan has been submitted, you can return to the Online Loan Center and log in to retrieve information concerning the status of your loan application, safely send documents to your loan officer, and download documents and forms from our Documents Library, if requested by your loan officer. If you chose a specific loan officer that you would like to work with, he or she will contact you. If not, one of our loan representatives will be assigned to your account and will contact you with information about your loan.
